Walk-ins are always welcome; however, we recommend that you schedule your hair service appointment 2 to 4 days in advance to ensure a date and time best suited for you. You can schedule your appointments by telephone or online. Our prices and services are subject to change.

Cancellation and Change Policy
Your appointments are very important to the team members of MICHAELA as it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request to give us the notice for cancellations or changes until the salon closing time, 8PM, a day prior to your appointment date.


Occasionally you may wish to cancel your appointment on the day of your appointment. While MICHAELA allows you to cancel your appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged.


Late Arrival Policy

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you.
Please understand and be aware that if you are late for more than 15 minutes from your appointment, we may not be able to provide your scheduled service.

The cancellations, changes and late arrival policies allow us the time to inform our standby guests of any slot availability, as well as keeping our MICHAELA team members scheduled filled, thus providing better service to everyone. These policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients.
