Why We’re Switching to GST-Inclusive Pricing

From 1 August 2026, we’ll be changing all of our displayed prices to GST-inclusive pricing.

Although some displayed prices may look higher because they now include GST, we’ve kept our prices almost unchanged. As a result, you’ll actually pay less than before.

The reason for this change is simple.

I want the price you see to match the amount you actually pay.

“Everything is getting more expensive in Singapore.”

I hear this from customers almost every day, and I feel exactly the same.

It made me ask myself why we feel that way.

The value of a product or service isn’t decided only by its price. It depends on whether people feel it was worth paying for.

Most of us naturally compare our experiences whenever we visit different salons, restaurants or shops.

It’s easy to feel something is expensive when the final bill is higher than we expected.

I know we’re not the cheapest salon in Singapore.

“Oh it was actually more affordable than I expected.”

“The service was even better than I expected!”

That’s the experience I want every customer to have.

That’s why I continue to improve every day—not only as a hairdresser, but also as a person.

My goal has always been simple.

I want you to leave our salon happier than when you arrived.
