Message: It was first time at there and i was welcome with a warm greeting by the staff. They were very kind, especially my hair stylist. He was kind and patient especially during the period of telling me how my hair is going to be styled. He would also check every now and then to see if i'm feeling any pain or is in discomfort which is very kind of him! Overrall, the experience there was a really great one and the result was also really good!

Message: I feel that Ethan ushering me out towards the exit of the mall was the most memorable ans nicest thing he could have done. It's something rarely seen. I also appreciated how he stopped his work when I wanted to take a sip of tea. Overall I felt that his service was very impressive.
