  Can I cancel my appointment?
  A

  Cancellation and Change Policy:
  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we'd be glad to receive your cancellation notice or amendment before the salon closing time, 9PM（Weekdays) or 8PM (Weekends & P.H.), a day prior to your appointment date.
  You may wish to cancel your appointment on the day of your appointment. While a cancellation fee may be charged.
  
  Late Arrival Policy:
  Please understand and be aware that if you are late for more than 15 minutes from your appointment, we may not be able to provide you scheduled service.
  The cancellations, changes and late arrival policies allow us the time to inform our standby guests of any slot availability, as well as keeping our MICHAELA team members scheduled filled, thus providing better service to everyone.   We have experienced Japanese stylists waiting all the time.
  Also, as our receptionists and assistants include English-speaking local staffs, we can commuticate in either language.

  Sure. Make yourself at home with your children.
  Please ask about the details when you make an appointment.
  We also have haircut menu for kid's.

  What kind of perm is a straight curl?
  A

  It is a style to give less volume at hair roots by straight perm and movements at hair ends by curls.

  What is a digital perm?
  A

  It is a kind of a hot perm which applies an additional heat process to the general perm process using a perm agent. As curls last long by having heat applied, and are tighter in a dry condition, it makes home styling easier.
  We recommend the better of a basic perm or a digital perm according to each customer's hair condition and the desired style. Please consult the stylist and let tgen pick the best fit for you.

  Up to what age is "kid's cut" for?

  It is for customers up to 15 years old.

  Is it OK to have coloring and a perm at the same time?
  A

  There will be no problem if the coloring is just retouching at the roots.
  If you desire the entire coloring, it's possible to have both at the same time depend on your hair condition, However, we recommend having either one first while performing another one a week after.

About water in Singapore

  Is tap water in Singapore different from that in Japan?
  A

  Tap water in Singapore contains more fluorine than that in Japan. Tap water containing a lot of chlorine and fluorine may have a bad influence on hair if used for a long time. A high concentration of chlorine will make the color lose easily, and may damage hair.

  All the water used in our salon is pure water filtered by the reverse osmosis membrane method, which is almost 100% free from minerals which are harmful to hair. Because of the excess minerals don't stick to hair, it is not only gentle to hair and the scalp, but also makes the color and perm last long and your hair will be more beautifully finished. We also sell showerheads for home use that can get rid of harmful minerals, so please ask our staff if you are interested.
