Message: first time at a Japanese salon and i absolutely enjoyed my experience!!! the people there are so nice and very professional. the salon atmosphere is amazing and puts you at ease especially after a tiring day, it's a good place to chill and get your hair attended to!! they were super gentle with my hair and did a great job w the dyeing. absolutely loved it! Message: The in-salon hospitality is great. From the front desk staff to the salon assistants and stylists, everyone is welcoming and has attention to detail. Aya-san was accommodating from the first time I came to get my hair cut by her. With very little direction, she is attuned to what fits my preferences. The salon also has an extensive hair treatment menu which addresses different needs. Had a great overall experience.
