Message: Nagatsuka san and the receptionist paid attention to details. Nagatsuka san took note that I wear glasses and recommended a more suitable hair colour than the picture I showed. He did the same thing for my hairstyle as well. He carefully explained every step he takes and gave very useful styling advice.

Message: It was first time at there and i was welcome with a warm greeting by the staff. They were very kind, especially my hair stylist. He was kind and patient especially during the period of telling me how my hair is going to be styled. He would also check every now and then to see if i'm feeling any pain or is in discomfort which is very kind of him! Overrall, the experience there was a really great one and the result was also really good!
