Anyway he is very kind ,gentleman and humility.

I have one of interesting an episode when we meet in first time.

He is tall.
That's why I asked him that day.

Today I introduce about receptionist Clara.



Actually she is foodie.

She looks very slim.
Why😹


And active girl.

When we say「Let's do something」
then she take actions positively and research.

She don't mine when she can do or not.
Japanese case are shy .
But she isn't.

One day we played tennis.
Satoko and me can play tennis.
Because we were played in tennis club before.
But Clara was didn't care about it.

 Actually he is cosmetics company boss too.

 You know he is a real dealer.

 Boss is earnest about his work,kind and talkative person.
 He has good motivation for work always.
 And he has beautiful wife and two cute kid's.
 His wife is cameraman and instagramer!!



 By the way I introduce one of incident that cannot be forgotten.
 You will know about him when I told my experience.

 It was 4 years ago that time when I moved to Singapore .
 That day was my welcome party in the restaurant.
 I had plan about say one of something to boss.
 That's why I felt nervous then I can not eat my favorite alcohol and food.

 And then finally I said to boss.

 Me「I want to say a word.」

 Everyone「？」

 Me「Boss,Thank you for invited me . My dream came true」

 Boss 「It is not your dream.Everyone can just come so that's why your dream will be start from now.Try hard in our salon」

 It was hearty greeting for me.

 I thought that time.

I will repay the boss one day .

 He gave me a lot of positive energy. 
 Previously I had negative things.
 But He changed my mined.
 He is good advicer to us.

Hi,This is Michaela hair salon Aya.

 From today I write stuff information.
 I have a secret notebook.
 This notebook are fill down a lot of good things.

 Firstly about
 Koji Endo san.

 Anyway this is him







 Oh my goodness🤣
 Very similar😭

 Endo personality is too deep character.
 I'm working with him for 4 to 5years.
 By the way he is the longest working anyone in our salon.
 He worked alone (only one stylist)when I moved to Sinpapore this salon

 I think he was so lonely.
 I'm worked with him for a while.


 Okay,Let's talk about it.

 Previously I worked in Tokyo for 8years.
 After that I moved to Singapore.
 I never quite my job when I worked in Tokyo.
 That's why I decided one!


 I want to learn from the beginning.
 I said to Endo
 「Please teach me from the beginning.」

 Firstly we were started from shampoo.
 (Our salon has signature shampoo.
 We have to learn how to do.
 Include assistant and stylist.)
 Endo was so strict😹
 I cried a lot of times.
 But he teach me when I do shampoo exactly.


 He's cut skil was a bit different to me.
 I normally watched him cut, when he did hair cut to customer .


 I can not speak  English and understand sometimes
 But he helped me that times.

 I still remember about quarrel with Endo.lol
 Normally he dose not get angry.
 But one day he got angry to me.
 Previously I can not say something when I want to say somethings.
 I wanted not talk with Endo that time.
 Coz I got angry to Endo.
 That's why Endo got angry to me.
 And then I cried that time.
 Endo said
 「Oh,sorry sorry I'm bad.
 Okay,Let's shake hands」

 He is adult than me.lol


 I had bad experience one about Endo.
 I still remember It was so bad.
 Finally he told me about what.
 But I'm sad that time.
 Coz we were together everytime(We are not couple.lol).
 You know...I though he didn't believe me.
 It was okay.
 Finally Endo told me what's happen.

 I talk a lot with friends about Endo.
 I know eveything about Endo.
 Maybe I know it Endo's girl friend than me.lol
