The weather for the past few days has been extraordinary warmer than usual, hope those of you at home are handling it well. Aircons really do come in handy in these kinds of weather but it makes it easier to fall sick especially when used for long periods of time. So do take care and stay hydrated. We are finally coming soon into the two week mark of the circuit breaker.

Since I started working from home, work is now desk bound and here I am sitting for hours and hours, a very different scene when I was working in the salon. In the salon, the staffs would be walking around here and there for various reasons of our jobs. It would be rare for us to sit in one spot for the entire day in the salon. Commuting to work and from work also allow us to walk.
 

Now with our bodies put in a different environment, it's likely to take a toll perhaps in the form of aches and pains that makes you is difficult to concentrate and focus in work and also to have a good night's rest.
 

Some may chose to get active by going out for a run or jog but in order to not overwork the body with the run, I do encourage us all to try out some simple and easy stretches to condition our bodies better and calm our minds for our stay home job working hours. In the morning and evening on certain days. That way, we can have no problems with working at home. Less the stress for us to do our best.
