Hello! I’ve been a hair stylist in Hair Salon Tokyo MICHAELA from it was born and people call me Kenta .
How have you my dearest customers been?

So far my team and I are doing our best since we started working from home, in our self-training program for customers. Inevitably, we will be extending our closure till the 1st of June.

I have come to recognize and realize my love for this job as a hairdresser. In my opinion, being a hairdresser is special and different compared to other jobs because we are craftsman, salesman and customer service provider in one.

I think normally the job separates each department, be it sales, products, plan, service.

A hairdresser has to be a craftsman, a sales person and a customer service provider all together. Which is why we have to improve ourselves in not only skills and service, but our personality too.

Otherwise, we can not be the best person of hair advisor for our customers.

That is why I have been a hairdresser for more than 10 years, it is very challenging, difficult and endless but I never give up.

I really enjoy doing customers hair , I really believe that it has to be improved more for customers from the bottom of the heart.

I really miss you all, please take care yourself.
