Here I want to share with you some basic actions to protect your scalp.  This action takes only 5 to 10 minutes, it is to dry the scalp.

Today's topic will be on how you can select the right stylist behind that chair for the services you want. 

If you make a reservation online via our website, you will find yourself at a page of all the different stylists listed to select from or if you had called in, amidst all the other questions, you will be questioned "Do you have a preferred stylist?"

Rather than selecting at random upon first impression or go with the salon's assignment decision of stylist for you.
How about spending a little more time to get to know our stylists?

Some may not have a preferred choice of stylist but there are some platforms you can utilize to get to know our stylists and their work that helps you in the selection of stylist for your next appointment to entrust your hair for that haircut or hair color to.

Here in MICHAELA, the stylists are all skilled but they have their own unique character and specialties that defines them.

Much alike photographers or even models, Instagram easily becomes an accessible portfolio for the represented works. In there you would be able to tell the specialties of each stylist and their likes.

The stylist in-charge of the style will be stated accordingly for you to remember when making your next appointment. Open your eyes, hear the voice of your family, and see the figure of your family. It was a happy day to start.  Good morning everyone, this is Carol from HairSalonTokyoMichaela.  Here in Singapore, I am very fortunate to have my sister's company, so I can feel the feeling of a little family around.  Yes, I am from Malaysia.  I want to share and express some feelings here. This is that I have n’t been home for a few months in my history. I used to go back to my hometown for two months at most, but this time it ’s been 4 months, I really miss my family  Parents, as well as other siblings and friends, maybe this is what everyone will feel when they go to work and study abroad, but sometimes they think that this was the path they had chosen and had to go through.  Recalling my previous self, I always do n’t want to stay at home. Every time I go out with friends until late, the previous self will never take time to accompany my parents until I leave home to study and work. Sometimes when I go back my home, I see my parents faces  there were more wrinkles and a lot of white hair, and I realized that time passed quickly.

Finally, I want to tell everyone who is working and studying abroad that if feel homesick,  please call a phone to home and do not need to feel ashamed. Listening to the voice of your family will make you feel relaxed.  If you spend more time with your family when you go home, your family will also be happy.  We never know what will happen tomorrow, cherish the people around us and cheer everyone up.

Do you guys feel that now will be the best time to have a good rest?

Anyone are spending quality time with your family?

Who are the ones who think that its just right to experiment with new things?

And i’m sure theres people who are going to be busier than usual in these timings.

I think people think about different things however society rules and structures are changing , it’s inevitable.


Now I know have gone into deep thoughts about my own existence and value, how do I want to exist, how do I want to live, everyday I thinking it.

After circuit breaker, we have no choice to change about how to work, how to live.

We’re preparing for the new generation.




By the way today I’ll mention about our Chief is AYA.

First of all, I’ll talk about why I came up with my mind to write it down.

We are hairdressers but we have been working from home so far. 

Its objective will be on how can we improve ourselves 

We try to being first rate of hairdressers as professional.

And then how should we exist 

To Build the foundation of our professionalism 

I really believe in education can make the real one

Inevitably our products are staff

In order to make customers happy means we have to continue to improve by ourselves 





We’ve started to write blog down is not advertising 

We’d like to inform customers who can not know the things at the hair salon of our staff.

Aya’s written down about each staff on her blog 

I was really impressed that she is really very well to find out the good points of our staff.


I think it’s more difficult than finding bad points of person.

That why I admire one of her great abilities honestly.

On the other side, That is really her Fantastic point is she has sprit of making people happy when she faces other people.

One of awesome stories was she gave a muffler by handmade to her customer who is moving back to Japan soon, the season was winter so she’s decided to give it to her customer.

It’s amazing, I understand if it’s like a snack or souvenir.

I only can say wonderful!!


This was priceless, if I were her customer this could be unforgettable memory.

Therefore she is already receiving the souvenirs from her customers.








She also doesn’t forget giving the souvenirs for them.

This is can call love I think undoubtedly.

I guess who can not do these kind of actions if who doesn’t remember for customers even who is busy.

I always impressed about her act.
I may be should go to the place I can buy souvenirs hahaha.

Besides she doesn’t forget our  staff birthday!

She helps me to know about it all the time

8. She has great tact so she helps a lot of things about our salon and staff.
9. She doesn’t forget to make other people happy even when she goes to the restaurant.
10. She helps us to make our meals during busy day so that why everyone feels morally indebted to her.
